General terms and conditions of Quinta Santo António
Quinta Santo António belongs to Ranhada & Moreira - Empreendimentos Turístico-Hoteleiros, Lda. The following terms and conditions cover reservations at Quinta Santo António and also stays on site. Quinta Santo António is duly licensed to rent holiday accommodation - Turismo Rural, and meets all necessary safety standards.
Check-in and Check-out
On the day of arrival, you can check-in from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m.. On the day of departure, check-out must be done by 11 am. We ask that you respect these schedules because the cleaning and maintenance tasks in the accommodation may not be ready beforehand (in the case of check-in), and sufficient time is needed to prepare everything for the following guests (in the case of Check-out).
Final cleaning
We ask that the accommodation be delivered clean at the end of each stay. This includes washed dishes, dumped trash, swept floors, and furniture restored to its original position if it has been changed. Our staff will do the final cleaning.
Reservations and Payments
The reservation is confirmed when it is received through our online reservation system, via email or by phone. If the reservation is made less than four weeks before your arrival, then payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you are forced to cancel your holiday at Quinta Santo António, we will make a refund, depending on the time of the cancellation, according to the table below.

Responsibility of Quinta Santo António
Quinta Santo António and Ranhada & Moreira - Empreendimentos Turístico-Hoteleiros, Lda, cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs during their holidays in the premises of our accommodations. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property. The stay and use of our accommodation and the entire property, including the swimming pool and all use of equipment is the sole responsibility of our guests.
Property damage to Quinta Santo António
If any damage is done to our property (accommodation, equipment, outdoor, pool and sporting, and recreational equipment or equipment), or anything that is lost or stolen, the damage will be attributed to the person responsible for the same injury. We advise our guests to take out travel insurance to mitigate these risks.
Smoking at Quinta Santo António
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, only on the private terraces/patios of each accommodation or in areas of the Quinta outdoors and whose floor is paved. It is never too much to recommend caution with fire hazards.
Pets
Pets are allowed in Quinta's accommodation or premises after being consulted. Your pet is welcome with an additional charge of € 10 per night.
Use of electrical equipment
In order to prevent overloads in our electrical system and avoid exorbitant consumption costs, the use of electrical equipment over 800w is not allowed. If you want to use any equipment of this type, we will have to be consulted first.
